The Federation of Rural Tourism of the Lands of Lleida was established in 1994. It was created in response to the important conceptual and legal changes that rural tourism has experienced in recent years. The creation of the des Federation of Rural Tourism of the Lands of Lleida also responded to a need to unify criteria and to defend some of the most traditional characteristics shared by the whole territory and the different associations that operate in the
Pyrenees and the Lands of Lleida.

The main
objectives of the Federation are:
- Constituer une voix unique sur les revendications et positionnements de tous les entrepreneurs de Tourisme Rural des contrées de Pyrénées et des Terres de Lleida;
- Constituer “la vitrine officielle” de l’offre d’hébergements de Tourisme Rural de notre région.
- Promouvoir les activités de promotion commerciale commune.
