Roc, the stonemason

Roc, the stonemason of the Seu Vella of Lleida

The activity of “Roc the stonemason” is to provide a theatrical visit hosted by a medieval stonemason. Through his trade, he takes visitors back to the 13th century, when the old cathedral was being constructed. It is possible to see the colourful stained glass windows that used to decorate the old cathedral and to walk over the old roof vaulting, experiencing a wide range of new and exciting sensations and emotions.

This activity forms part of the initiative for schools offered by the Seu Vella de Lleida (El Segrià - Lands of Lleida). This is also open to families, in the form of Sunday morning sessions, in the months of autumn and spring.
There is only a limited amount of space, so visits should be reserved in advance via the telephone number of the Seu Vella de Lleida (provided below).
